Paste a link to your files (Dropbox, Google Drive, Frame.io or similar) in the order form. Your editor downloads it from there.

Do I need Slack?

Slack is where you order, track projects and get your videos. If you don't use it yet, the free plan is all you need, and we'll walk you through setup in a few minutes.

How fast will I get my edit?

We aim to deliver within 24 hours, and every order has a 48-hour deadline. You can watch each project's status update live in your Project Tracker.

What if I want changes?

Tap Request Revision on the delivered video and describe what to change, or leave timestamped comments in Frame.io.

How do payments work?
